About this Record This is an archival record of the Capitals Aliance website. The website was established in 2001 to help support the efforts of the alliance and to inform the public. The website went through multiple changes over the next 12 years as meetings, events, and members increased. The final meeting of the Capitals Alliance happened in Brazilia, Brazil in March 2010. Interest in maintaining the website waned and in 2013 the website was taken down.
